Online intake, Civil Justice staff make every effort to respond within two business days.

Reduced cost. Network attorneys provide affordable services to low- and moderate-income Marylanders.
Condition of waiver (describe)
When contacting the Network attorneys to inquire about representation, please notify the attorney that you were referred through the Civil Justice website. Each attorney sets their own fees based on the type and complexity of the case and other factors.
Program Description

The Civil Justice Network Attorneys database allows you to search for legal representation by a specific problem/practice area, county, and the name of the network attorney you are looking for. The database matches individuals with attorneys willing to provide legal services at reduced rates for those who do not qualify for pro bono representation, but cannot afford a full price attorney. Attorneys may require upfront fees or a retainer. Limited scope representation may be available for you to obtain the help of a lawyer without paying for the cost of full representation.
