HPP Estate Planning Clinic – Baltimore City

Volunteer lawyers meet one-on-one with Baltimore City clients at a day-long clinic to prepare wills, advance medical directives, and financial powers of attorney. This free clinic helps community members age in place, preserves intergenerational wealth (which, for our clients, is generally equity in the home), provides security for families, and protects the rights of homeowners.
