The City of Gaithersburg’s Landlord-Tenant Code can be viewed online. The City’s Neighborhood Services Division can answer landlord-tenant questions and can mediate disputes between landlords and tenants.
City of Takoma Park
The City of Takoma Park's landlord-tenant laws can be found online. The City’s Housing and Community Development publishes a Landlord-Tenant Handbook of Laws and Regulations for Takoma Park (Spanish) that provides information. You can also call or visit them for help.
